TUSKYS ONLINE RETURN POLICY

You can initiate a return only up to 7 days after delivery of the item if:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item.

NOTE: Kindly verify that you received the correct item before our delivery agent leaves the drop-off point.

  • You change your mind, with the exception of fresh products, underwear, perfumes, cosmetics, and jewelry.  In the case of sealed electronics, kindly ensure that the seal is unbroken.

How to return items?

  • Complete our online return form by logging in to Tuskys website and locate your order to see if it is eligible for returning.
  • You can also call us on our customer care contacts.

 

How do I send my item to Tuskys?

  • After submitting the return form or contacting the customer care desk, we will make 3 attempts on 3 business days to contact you to pick up the returning item.
  • You are required to drop off the item at the stipulated pick-up location within the 3 working days.
  • Failure to drop the item off within the 3 days, we will cancel the return procedure and your product will no longer be accepted.

How do I track my return item status?

  • We will keep you posted via email or SMS about the status of your returned item.

Can I return my items after the timeline to return has expired?

  • Kindly note that we do not accept return on items after the 7 days return period expires. If you experience issues with the item after this period, kindly claim your warranty (if applicable) from the authorized service center of the item’s brand.
